We would like to welcome Sumayya Vawda to the Montclare Lab. She is working toward her BS in Biomolecular Science. She is working on the development of self assembling proteins that can bind to hydrophobic molecules and can be monitored by magnetic resonance imaging for the purpose of drug delivery in cancer diagnostics.

We would like to welcome Roni Venture to the lab. She will be working toward her MS in Biomedical Engineering. She will conducting research on increasing the thermostability and half-life of phosphotriesterase.
Lab Receives Funding for National Science Foundation
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded the lab for developing protein-lipid systems for treatment of multi-drug resistant cancers. Raymond Chen Successfully Defends Masters Thesis

We would like to welcome Nicole Schnabel to the lab. She is a rising sophomore working to obtain her degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. She will be working with Liming Yin with her research on coiled-coil proteins for delivering drugs to treat osteoarthritis.
