Prof. Montclare was able to pass along her message to encourage young women in STEM as the keynote speaker at Princeton’s Physics Laboratory’s 2016 Young Women’c Conference. The PPPL’s Young Women’s Conference celebrated its 15th Anniversary this year. with 575 you women in attendance. Prof. Montclare discussed her career path as well as her current research with young women in seventh to tenth grades from New Jersey and as far away as Maryland and Pennsylvania.
